National Careers Service Update

The National Careers Services goes live under its new contract provision as of the 1st of October, to help improve the booking process for all of our partner providers we have set up a dedicated booking line.

The will allow, councils, training providers, community hubs and charities to make quick and easy referrals to the service and get instant confirmation of a date and time for the appointment that is convenient to your customer.

For providers such as Future Bright where data sharing agreements are in place,  can you make it clear where you are referring from and we will ensure that a copy of the customer Skills Action Plan is sent back to you.

We very much look forward to working with you all and continuing to support your customers to progress into sustainable employment or learning that will enhance a customer’s skills to start them on new career path. This will allow us as organisations to reach the outcomes that we all continue to strive to achieve with these customers.
