Affordable housing for young people in work based learning

1625 Independent People has a project that supports young people in work based learning who are at risk of homelessness.

They have a number of shared houses specifically for young people who are in apprenticeships or other sorts of work and learning but are at risk of homelessness.

They can provide low cost accommodation (£50pw all inc)  for young people on low incomes e.g. apprenticeship salaries.

The project is called Future Builders (used to relate to those in construction industries but now open to any young person in work based learning).

If any training organisations or employers are aware of any of their trainees who may be homeless, sofa surfing or at imminent risk of eviction, do give us a call. Ask for Ellis or Alice at 1625 Independent People. 0117 3178800.
