CMT working remotely with customers

CMT are continue to offer their quality one-to-one learning and IAG support, through their experienced and passionate tutors and NCS advisers, using alternative methods via phone and digital platforms where learners have access to it. Customers can continue to expect quality support with CV guidance, making job applications and being advised of the latest job vacancies, as well as tutor support to complete distance or online training in our usual range of courses. CMT are also continuing to maintain regular contact with current and vulnerable learners to check on their welfare and signpost to services to support them. Our dedicated staff are still working daily to support all our existing learners and are available to chat to you about your client’s careers or training needs and referrals can be made through our usual numbers or by email.

We are continuing to accept referrals for people out in the community needing our support so please do not hesitate to signpost those people to us. Referrals and enquiries can be made directly to our training centres as usual.
