SafeLives Vacancy – Office/IT Coordinator

SafeLives are currently recruiting for an Office/IT Coordinator.Please find attached the job descriptions along with a brief outline below:

This role will be responsible for coordination and delivery of all IT, facilities and office management for SafeLives. They will work as a team with the H&S officer and the London office lead to ensure that all staff whether office based or remote working have the equipment and working environment which allows them to perform their roles. They will also support the HR officer in administrative tasks where required.

This role sits within the Human Resources Department and is a critical support function across the entire organisation. The Office/IT Coordinator will also work closely with our PA’s to the Executive Team to ensure the smooth operating of the business across both of our offices and remote working locations.

Reports to: HR Officer

Hours       37.5 hours per week

Salary      £19,000 – 25,000pa

Contract    Permanent

Location  Bristol (with occasional travel across UK). Remote during CV19
