On Site Bristol Apprenticeships in Construction Virtual Offer

For as long as COVID continues On Site Bristol Apprenticeships are unable to offer face to face delivery or practical sessions but would like to support you with online virtual events, So please get in touch if you are thinking of organising a virtual Careers Fair, need a careers in construction presentation for an assembly or would like us to do a live or pre-recorded webinar or Q&A session for a group of students in Year 10 and 11.

As regards to the current recruitment video we have, some of the information is now out dated as we are no longer sending letters or inviting students in for assessments, all correspondence is  done via email and Zoom. We are currently in the process of changing this video to fit our new online assessment process but feel free to use with students in the meantime.

As we are unable to hold a face to face open evening this year, we  plan to hold a  virtual event instead through the form of a webinar / Q&A session that both parents and year 11 students can attend and ask questions. Date to be confirmed but we hope to deliver this on Monday 30th November 2020 at 4.30PM and again at 6.00PM. Attendees will be able to sign up by Eventbrite and will be sent a meeting request to join a zoom on the day. (More details to follow)

To encourage students to consider Construction as a career, feel free to share the following video, which talks about what are the best things about doing a Construction Apprenticeship

Currently our application is closed but we aim to open our application for students wanting to start Apprenticeships in September 2021, will be able to apply online on our website in December 2020.

We are also in the process of producing a selection of videos from our employers taking about their career pathway into construction as well as Apprentices past and present talking about their experience of doing and completing an Apprenticeship. Once these are ready, I will share them with you, so that you can use these as a resource.

Once again if you need further support please visit our website www.onsitebristol.co.uk or contact Louise directly and she will be happy to help.
