Free short online vocational courses

This information was sent to Ways2Work by another organisation. For more details please use the contact details or links in the post below.

Courses with FMBS are continuing to start weekly throughout lockdown. Courses are completely free for learners who are unemployed or earning less than £17,000 a year (fee exemptions can sometimes be made on a case by case basis for those earning above the threshold).

Practical parts of certain courses (e.g. driving/ forklift training) will be delayed until the end of lockdown, but all the other parts of those courses can be completed online, leaving only the practicals to take at the end.

You can see and download all the course flyers, application form and IAG form for FMBS on the Ways2Work Google Drive.

They can be completed electronically and emailed to Sarah Freeman, or they can be completed with the learner over the phone. No printing required!

However, learners will need access to a computer/ the internet to be able to participate in courses.
