A couple of new series that we would like to highlight for October:
Anxiety Series has been created to explore different aspect of anxiety, identifying levels of anxiety, our response to it, the tools we use and how we gain a sense of empowerment and calm. The sessions below will help develop our internal resources to better manage our anxiety:

- The Body’s Response
Motivation, Creativity and Hope are often difficult to find when we are feeling depressed. The below sessions explore strategies, tools and techniques to help move us to a better feeling place and unlock our potential.

Along with the new series we’ve mentioned above, we have new dates in October for our more established online sessions, from B-ACE (Body, Achieve, Connect, Enjoy) through to Mindful Art. A quick reminder that our wellbeing Café is still happening on a weekly basis online on Zoom every Tuesday between 2pm – 3pm while gathering restrictions are still in place. If you have anyone who might benefit from a more informal approach to learning and wellbeing you can now select the Wellbeing Café as an option on the booking form and we will get back to you with meeting codes for you to pass onto your clients.
