HPC Jobs Service Live web chats

I wanted to highlight a service that the HPC Jobs Service can provide to your customers to ensure we remain engaged and available during the current period. 
Our Live web chats are a way of engaging on a confidential, 1:1 basis direct with member of the team. If your customers have access to the internet via a laptop or smart phone, they will be able to take part in one!
You simply clink on a unique link (provided by us) for the time advertised and you can start to talk to the Jobs Service team by way of an instant message!

It’s a quick an easy way for your customers to have direct contact with the Jobs Service where we can answer any HPC related questions and offer IAG.

We can hold chats for specific cohorts and community groups so if you feel your customers would find this useful, please contact Louise Brown to book one in at a time to suit.
