Ixion Holdings are a Grade 1 Ofsted national training provider, not-for-profit organisation and part of the Shaw Trust Charity Group. We are here to help people get back into work by providing training and support.
During this difficult time we are ensuring learners are still able to engage with us and continue with their progression by providing fully funded, national online traineeship courses, offering the same qualification as our usual face-to-face courses would. In this case the traineeship learning will take place online, with the paid practical work experience being provided in your local area when COVID-19 restrictions are relaxed.
I have attached a leaflet for the current traineeship pathways that we are offering which includes Employability skills with a chosen strand of interest e.g. Customer Service, IT, Business admin, retail or hospitality. If you work with unemployed service users (age 16-24) that you feel would benefit from participating in a traineeship, please contact Bethany Bruce or the details on the posters with any further questions and we can discuss the simple referral process.
This traineeship will be regularly rolled out over the coming months, so please do not hesitate to contact me at any time, as there will more than likely be a suitable course to place a candidate on.
