Community Learning is running positive steps online course.This course runs weekly starting 15th May from 1.00-3.00pm and will be taught through a mix of an online Google classroom and Zoom. Positive Steps will give you tips and tools each week to increase your wellbeing, manage stress levels and help you build ways to develop positive thinking – especially important at the moment.
