We have opportunities to join our Home First Reablement Support team. Intermediate Care and Reablement provide a service for people in their own homes, to maintain health and independent living as far as possible.

Home First is a fast paced , varied city wide service that provides support to Bristol residents upon leaving hospital.

It is a 7-10 service to assess and support for any ongoing needs

We have the following employment opportunities within the Home First team:

2 x 21 hr ( 8-2) posts

We operate a 2 week rota:

Week 1 : working Mon/Tues and Fri/Sat/Sun

Week 2 : working Wednesday/Thursday

You must have a driving licence and access to a motorised vehicle to apply for one of these posts.

In return we provide:

·       A regular working pattern to include evenings and weekends.

·       Great rates of pay with enhancements for bank holidays.

·       Support to complete QCF Level 2 in Care.
