Authentic Voice Coordinator
The authentic voice and survivor voice is at the forefront of our vision to end domestic abuse, and our Whole Picture strategy is built around our commitment to placing their experiences and insights at the heart and start of all we do. We look to use SafeLives Pioneer’s (those that have been affected, directly and/or indirectly by domestic abuse) experiences to inform our practice across all we do – how we recruit, informing our training programmes, wording for comms, and anything else you can think of! Our Authentic Voice Coordinator will establish creative ways to reach out to all survivors including those who are vulnerable, marginalised or have not yet found their voice, ensuring all who want to have their voice heard.
