Avon Fire and Rescue particularly welcome applications from females and BME candidates as they are under-represented within the workforce. They must be aged 18 by 28 September 2020 when the training course commences, have a driving licence with no more than 3 points and live within the service area. Community work is an essential aspect of Firefighting. Therefore applicants from across our service area who have a good understanding and a genuine passion to make a difference to public safety within our community are encouraged to apply.
